Scott had a little party at his house on Saturday. The guest of honor was a 67-pound pig that was thrown into the fire pit. It turned out to be a tasty dinner, and well worth the extensive preparation.

Lots of Maximum Loiner’s are turning 30 years old in 2007. Not to worry - As Maximum Loin’s meat ages, it becomes more tender and flavorful. Tuesday, March 13th, we had a little birthday party for one of the Loiners at Charlie Hooper’s in Kansas City.
